France's Top 5 Shooter Games: Android Performance in Q1 2021

The first quarter of 2021 has been eventful for shooter games on the Android platform in France. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at how five of the most popular titles performed during this period.

PUBG MOBILE saw its revenue peak in the third week of January at nearly $94K but experienced a general downward trend, ending the quarter at around $58K. Downloads spiked dramatically in mid-March with over 27K, while weekly active users reached their zenith the same week at over 164K.

Call of Duty: Mobile Season 2 had its highest revenue in early March at approximately $77K. Download figures were strongest at the start of January with over 16K, but gradually decreased to below 10K by the end of March. Active users saw a slight decline from 301K in late December to 247K by the quarter's close.

Free Fire: The Chaos enjoyed a revenue surge in early March, reaching over $63K. Download figures remained fairly steady, with a slight dip to around 4.5K in mid-March. The game's weekly active users showed impressive growth, starting at 877K and increasing to just over 1M by the end of March.

LifeAfter: Night falls experienced its highest revenue in early March, with over $32K reported. Downloads remained below 2K for the entire quarter, with a small increase towards the end. Active users had a slight decrease from 6.1K at the beginning of the period to 4.8K at the end.

Lastly, Sniper 3D: Gun Shooting Games showed a consistent revenue pattern with a peak of around $19K in early February. The game's downloads hit their highest point in early February with over 31K. Active users peaked in late February at approximately 180K but ended the quarter with a slight decline to 156K.
